Shipping is only available to street addresses within the United States of America, due to carrier requirements, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

All of our products are handcrafted at the time your order is placed and can take 7-14 days to be made and quality checked.

We ship via UPS, or other providers as necessary, depending on the products ordered.  All orders are shipped with tracking and any relevant tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Touch Of Steel is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit, we offer optional shipping insurance for an additional charge which would cover the replacement cost and shipping if your package is lost or stolen en route or once delivered.
